We; the patients with Silk Road. disease (Behcet's Disease) and the doctors trying to treat them strongly appeal to the world that these 5 hopes become true. During this convention, we are having an international business meeting for the first time on May 20. We have declared this day as the "International Silk Road Disease (Behcet's' Disease) Day". We are planning to hold a commemoration on this day.

The purpose of "International Silk Road Disease (Behcet's Disease) Day" is to introduce the Silk Road disease (Behcet's Disease) to the world and provide the correct information about the disease.

1. To look for the cause of Silk Road disease (Behcet's Disease), and to establish the treatment methods as soon as possible.

2. Due to the unknown cause of Silk Road Disease (Behcet's Disease) today, we hope to establish an equal opportunity of medical treatment for all the patients who are suffering from inflammation and ulcers all over the world.

3. We hope to gain an understanding from the society that how hard it is to live with a disability caused by the Silk Road Disease (Behcet's Disease) and facing social and economical obstacles. We also want to see all nations work to help decrease these obstacles and establish welfare measures to improve social and economical status for patients with disability.

4. We hope to establish "International Silk Road Disease (Behcet's Disease) Association" to gain a strong bond and understanding with each other, and to have a closer connection with all the patients in the world who are suffering from Silk Road Disease (Behcet's Disease) and provide appropriate education for them.

5. To use this first meeting as an opportunity, to try to hold the convention for patients from all over the world regularly.
