Ohpthalmology: Prof. David BenEzra, a world expert on ophthalmology and BD , at the only eye clinic in Israel specialising in BD and children.

Internal medicine: Prof. Eldad Ben-Chetrit, an expert on Rheumatology and BD, at a department with a special interest in the disease.

 

*Two weeks ago I had an appointment with Prof. Eldad Ben Chetrit in Hadassah.

It is the first time I meet with an expert for this disease, and I have to say I came out very pleased for seeing him.

*I would like to tell you that I have already visited Prof. Ben-Chetrit four times, and not only is he a good doctor, but he is first of all a great human being. I have never before met a doctor to receive a worried patient in his private time, and despite not having diagnosed anything like Behcet's on a previous visit. Moreover, Prof. Ben-Chetrit is straight forward and speaks simply without arrogance. There is no doubt he is every patient's wish, as a person and a doctor.
